If the radiator tanks and frame are structurally sound, repair or recoring is almost always the better option — 30–60% cheaper than a new radiator, faster turnaround, and equivalent cooling performance. We recommend replacement only when tanks are severely corroded or cracked at multiple points, or the frame is physically damaged. We advise you honestly after inspection — we don't push unnecessary work.
